Who is Stalker Sarah
It all started when I was barely a teenager with a camera, a knack for details, and a Rolodex in my brain that would make a private investigator blush.
What started as a tongue-in-cheek nickname became a cultural phenomenon in the early 2010’s. “Stalker Sarah” became my online moniker after a group of Jonas Brother’s fans attacked me online when I was 13 years old. With the help of my Father and Friends and the support of Fangirls around the world, we took a label meant to mock me and transformed it into the most immersive Fangirl experience of all time.
In 2008, I started posting a small collection of celebrity selfies from various TV show tapings, movie premiere’s and Radio Disney events that were held in my hometown that my Dad took me to. By 2009, my photos had accumulated 1 Million Views, and by 2010, they were generating 1 Million Views per day. In 2012, I was honored to appear on Good Morning America, where “Stalker Sarah” became a household name in Celebrity and Fandom communities.
In the midst of the contamination that is Hollywood, my goal has always been to bridge the gap between fans and their favorites, prioritizing inclusivity and showing the world that fandom isn’t just about obsession—it’s about passion, storytelling, and finding a place where you belong. You can be a fan of anything, and anyone. Through my lens, I have documented the evolution of celebrity culture, from the pre-smartphone era to the age of Social Media, preserving it for future generations to explore and enjoy.
My goal for this website is to be considered a living archive of Y2K nostalgia, celebrity history, and fandom culture while continuing to use my platform to advocate for positivity, authenticity, and the end of celebrity worship as we know it.
